A hike with Grandad

This past Saturday Sydney went on a hike with her Grandad.

They went to the Harpeth River State Park.

They had a good time. Syd took lots of pictures.

I don't doubt that they will go on more hikes in the future.

Conner's 1st Birthday

Happy Birthday Conner!

Here he is looking all grown up on his fire truck that he got.

He is still working on figuring out how to go forward.

As you can see he did decide that is might be good to eat after David made him smash it flat.

But it still took a while.

Dirt

This is what Conner decided to do while waiting for his sisters to get off of the bus.

He had fun.

And with his new hair cut.

Visitors

We had a couple of visitors at the end of last month and early this month.

First Penelope's BFF came for a playdate.

Aren't they cute?

Then Abby, Bethany, Skyler and their puppy JD came for the weekend.

I didn't get any pictures of them or the dog. Not really sure why.

Well Bethany and JD stayed with us.

Then Mom, Dad and Abby came back. 

Mom and Abby went to Ohio with Aunt Tracy for a Pure Romance thingy.

So Dad, Bethany and JD hung out with us.

Bethany helped me work on painting the kitchen.

Also Lenore the little girl I watch was with us in the mornings for a week. 

She is usually here at night after everyone else is in bed.

 

Cheerios are always better when shared with a friend.

Then Mom and Abby came back.

They stayed for a couple more days.

Fun times.
