i did a google search and there are multiple reasons which may make it hard to figure out. too much water, or too little, or too little nitrogen, or a virus were a few. i noticed on one of mine yesterday that it has mold around the base of the plant and another had lots of slugs that we salted away today! check the soil first to make sure it's getting proper nutrients. it may need another soil mixed in. another thing i read that looks like what your pictures show is that the base of the plant getting yellow can be because of a large plant not getting sunlight to the bottom of the plant. it said not to worry about it. i hope you figure it out, but your plants look good and even turning red already is great! best of luck!
